Jimmy John's

Filthy store. Five staff members and no one could be bothered to even say hello. Drive thru was getting served one after another while we waited 20 minutes and $32 later for 3 sandwiches. A family, clearly on vacation came in after us. It’s embarrassing for our town to have visitors treated like this. We won’t be back, nor will we recommend it to anyone. NOT freaky fast and not good customer service.

I have a demanding job so I don't get to leave my office very often to pick up my lunch so a lot of the time I have to depend on delivery. I order delivery from this location often. The last several times I've ordered it has been taking an extremely long time for my order to be delivered. My location is only a couple of miles from the store so I know the time it takes to drive to me is not the issue. I do order around lunch time, therefore I expect a little delay since I'm sure they're busier at this time of day however, it's been taking an hour or longer for me to receive my order. I don't think I will be ordering from here anymore. As a business that advertises that they're "Freaky Fast" they really are not .

I'm a first time Jimmy John's customer but have eaten at just about every other sub franchise in the country. That said, this is hands-down one of my top two favorite sandwich joints, running neck-in-neck with Jersey Mike's! I had the #9 Italian which is the perfect blend of everything, despite the fact that JJ's doesn't offer banana peppers at all (WHAT?!?). This place definitely uses higher quality ingredients than the average sub shop, and you can smell, see and taste the difference immediately! This store was immaculate, the employees were friendly and efficient, and the manager was very personable and helpful with suggestions about the menu options! I highly recommend Jimmy John's to any sandwich lover out there, and encourage you to visit this location in particular!
