I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was at the country inn and suites in Marion passing through the area. I ordered delivery. They say they delivered it to the wrong hotel. Despite having 45 minutes before closing, they claimed they were closed and couldn't remake the order. They offered a gift certificate but refused to bring it to the hotel. Hadn't eaten since breakfast and had to go without dinner despite paying for it plus a generous tip in advance. They did not refund my money. I will be attempting to contact corporate for my money back.

Your website says you close at 1 am, I call around 12 am to make a pick up order and the guy who answers says their closed, then when i said aw ok well your website says you close at 1 am, instead of explaining why your closed earlier than what the website says, I a customer get hung up on???? This is at the marion store on March 5th into the 6th around 12 am.....I order from your store alot & this isnt the first time I've been rudely hung up on because employees don't wanna do their jobs...

Always fast and friendly service. Orders are always correct and fast delivery also. Very much would recommend. Only reason for 3 stars is that on the app it shows they don't do delivery but they do. Have to call everytime and change to delivery which is confusing for them and hassle for us. Have complained about that for over a year now and nothing has been done about it. They say it is website that has the problem.
