Mcdonald's

If they stop serving their strawberry milkshakes I will probably never go to McDonalds again. Its kind of disheartening knowing that I am so close to never going back 2 a place that has made me happy inside for as long as i can remember. I did however find this beauty while drinking my milkshake. Ty 4 that

Zero quality control for anything that comes out of the kitchen around mid-day. 10:1 meat always comes out dry, cold, and ancient. Buns for any sandwich shredded to hell ingredients served next to the sandwich inside the paper that they refuse to wrap properly. Covering an entire outside of a cheeseburger in ketchup and customer service through drive thru window is non-existent. Been like this the last 7 times my crew needs to pick up lunch and I will not be coming back.

Stopped here for breakfast. Location was confusing to order from inside. They have those kiosks but also someone to order from up front. I walked up to place my order and started telling it to a girl, I hear her say, " I'll be there in a moment" on her head set and then continuing my order. Then another girl walks up and the girl asking for my order just walked away without saying anything to me, halfway through my order, and the girl that walked up says, "can I take your order?" I'm like, "oh it's ok she is helping me", and their like, "oh she had to go", and I had to start all over with the new girl. With the confusion of switching mid order, they, of course, got the order wrong. I checked it before I left and one of our sandwichesb was just a piece of cheese on an English muffin. So I said, "hey sorry, this is supposed to have egg on it". The second girl then takes the sandwich back, it disappears behind the line, and then comes back with an egg.... Which was weird as they aren't supposed to do that after it's been touched by a customer, they always just make a new one. Overall a really odd experience.

You really need to have disciplinary conversations with your team in a private office, not in the public dining room! While eating my lunch today I heard full conversation that should not have been done around the customers. It's just as bad as doing it on sales floor with other coworkers nearby! Total unprofessional!
