In the last year, we came through the drive thru twice when we didn't have much time, thinking they would still have hot and ready pizzas. Alas they did not, even though their motto and sign says so. Today we thought we would try it again, but order 2 hours ahead online. When I arrived at the specified, they were not ready, and there were 4 people in the lobby in the situation I was. 20 minutes after my specified time, we received the pizzas. Never again will I waste my time.

Wait is forever for pizzas. Never had pizza ready. Always have to wait. Does not matter what time it is. Employees always on their phones. Can't answer the phone to take orders. Need better management and employees.

The epitome of inexpensive pizza. Hot n ready is sometimes hot or miss. We always order ours with extra sauce that way it is fresher. Crazy bread could be worked on more. It definitely is not the same as 1980's Little Ceasars but what is good as it used to be back then.

Friendly, as usual. :) Although they've decided to not keep Hot n Ready cheese pizzas anymore, from what I gathered. That was why we chose to go there. It was done in about 8 minutes though, so not a terribly long wait.

They only carry pepperoni and crazy bread sticks for hot and ready. We waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes no one answered so we had to go in. Told us it was a 20min wait on cheesy bread. When I asked about the drive thru she said the person was all over the place. Was very slow and I hate to be the person calling because no one was answering the phone

We repeated our order twice and they still missed a pizza then asked me to pull to the end of the line hoping it will be ready when we get back around after 30 minutes. Definitely not hot or ready!

Service was horrible. Placed an order for just one thing of crazy bread. Had me pull up which was fine but then waited for 35 minutes on one thing of bread! Then when I went in they forgot about my order and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. Ridiculous all I can say.

I went to the drive thru window like your supposed to do and I sat there for several minutes without anybody coming to take my order so I then went inside and all of the crew people were just standing around talking. When I did order my pizza it was like it was sitting in the warmer for a long time.
