Usually ok. This visit, I paid to make my lunch a meal. He forgot to give me my cup and said sorry I need to charge for your drink. Really? Just admit your mistake. Little kid so I'll know better next time.

The worst subway I have gone to probably my entire life. Messed up all three of my orders when I asked for a refund I got told that the manager had to call me but there was no manager on site that could assist me. Never got a phone call so I called them and got told that I did not bring my food back? No security cameras to verify that I absolutely did bring my food back in and I watched the kid throw it away. Not only this but there is absolutely no way I can get a hold of corporate or an owner to help me.

The 2 Brothers working, the only 2 people were excellent! It was so busy and they did so well handling it, even with a rude customer acting up while we were there, they both handled it so well. Our order was big and not easy and they both worked together to get it done, I even told one of the to help other customers so they were not waiting, and still got my order completely correct and excellent.

Dear Greedy Owner, When u own 2 of 5 stores in the small town of Marion, and DO NOT participate in online coupon codes, we will switch stores. Think of the community supporting you!!! It don't matter how wonderful your workers think u are.

This place was very clean, the food was fresh and the staff extremely friendly. As a bonus, they play Christian music in the lobby. I highly recommend this place!

This is by far the worst subway ever. They can not even get simple orders correct and lie to your face. I walked out after asking if my cookies were in the bag and being told yes with 6 macadamia nut cookies. I am allergic to macadamia nut. Ordered a Black Forest ham egg and cheese sub with yellow egg. Got home to realize it was white egg, not toasted and one strip of bacon. It’s something everytime. This place needs shut down.

The customers treat the employees that are all overworked and underpaid, like trash. They have no regard for anything, they'll say something looks disgusting and yell at the employees and then get that same thing they complained about on 4 different subs. If you order more than 2 subs, it does take time, because the customers bark their orders at you, and knowing what's going on when people are talking to you like an animal is pretty hard. The staff is amazing, the customers need to change their attitude and understand that the people behind the counter are people too. This specific subway is extremely understaffed and I personally never have had an issue because if you've worked in customer service you know, it's never just one bad customer. It's majority rude customers, and a small sprinkle of nice people.
