Employees are extremely rude, this store needs a major cleaning job! They tell you you cannot add at the window so they can beat the speed of service timer that is in the drive thru. You absolutely can order at the window because the employees do not listen or pay attention to you while you are ordering. If they tell you no, just sit there! You are a paying customer so they can do their job that they get paid to do or go down the road to Starbucks where those employees actually care and support you. They have no issues with adding on at the window.

My sister started working here when she was clean, and she was so proud of this job. We were and still are so proud of her. We appreciate all the second chance companies out there. Policies kike this allow people like me to secure gainful employment, enough after a mess up (or a few). We are human; we make mistakes. The transportation industry is in a devasting low. We have to keep drivers and get drivers in trucks. Drivers and Companies, we have to be safe and support the infrastructure that this entire nation depends on, including myselfn Thanksgiving,Tim Hortons, PII, Baylor, Kandell, Super Ego, and any other second chance company that suppourts banning the box. #secondchances

They're always out of everything I like by 1pm and aren't willing to make it even if I'm willing to wait... their customer service could be better. Although that's probably managements fault.

I love the crew here. Friendly and fast. I miss the English toffee coffee and the cinnamon raisin bagels. Not a big fan of the doughnuts, but they have great bagels and great coffee.
