Ahhh,I wish I lived in this area, so we could come here more often.They have lots of flavors and u can still get a banana split.They still have hot fudge cake.The only thing we'd change is it takes a little waiting in line.BUT ITS WORTH IT. They are that busy for a reason!

We just passed this little place on the way back from a day spent on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We pulled in and saw it was cash only, so we went down the road a little to get cash at the Dollar General. We both got milkshakes, I was very impressed to see all the no sugar added options. Being a diabetic, I normally don’t have a lot of choices at places. The milkshakes were pretty good and the prices were reasonable. Definitely would stop here again when I’m in the area!

Love this place! It was my mom's very first job and has been a huge part of the community for a very long time. They have amazing ice cream, hot fudge cake and banana splits!! I don't think I've tried anything from here that I don't like. If you're in the area you should stop in and grab some amazing ice cream! They're always super friendly here too!

Been stopping by here probably since they opened in 1971. Got to introduce my two youngest kiddos to the greatest little ice cream shop ever today. Their story says it all. It's a great place with friendly staff, welcoming tables and "back yard" to leisurely enjoy everything from a simple vanilla cone, to your favorite build your own banana split! Prices are still very reasonable...like half your favorite chain ice cream shop. Can't wait til next time!

Great soft serve ice cream!!! They have more than 24 different flavors , very refreshing but take cash they don't accept any kind of cards. A touch of better times when there were no cards.

Small, no frills ice cream joint featuring 24 flavors of soft serve and about 20 flavors of hand dipped ice cream. Shakes, malts, and anything else dairy related are also available. Servings are on the small side, but prices were reasonable. Outdoor seating only and no bathrooms. Super happy to find this after a drive and hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Made a quick stop from our way back Mount Mitchell and big banner which says 24 flavors of soft serve was enough to stop us and we wanted to try it. Love the variety they have and how its not too sweet as compare to other soft serve ice cream. Even my Parents in law tried it when we told them its less sugary. The best part is its cost friendly. Would love to stop by next time and try other flavors.

A cute little place with good ice cream and even better people working there. The ladies behind the counter were funny and sweet. They gave me reccomendation of their favorite ice creams and they did not disappoint. This is a cute ice cream option if you are in the area.
