Very organic bowl 🥣 from bottom to top. Owner did her research and is passionate about preparing healthy food and nutritional value for the customers, and a strong advocate for small businesses. Soup of the day looked intriguing. Bowl was very good, quick service, no trouble parking 🅿, cost was in line with competitors.

Tasty smoothie. I had the Hercules which was recommended as a popular one , I asked since it was my first time here. It was tasty, no sugar added but was pretty runny. I was expecting more of a frozen drink like most other smoothies I've had in the past. I most likely will not go back due to the $9.00 price of it.

Wow! This place is a gem! Organic, fresh food options, like I would make at home! I have trouble eating at most restaurants, rarely can I find food that does not upset my digestive system. Pretty sure I could eat anything on their menu! We had the Acai bowl, chicken panini and soup of the day. Very tasty, and high quality food.
