Locanda Positano - Marina del Rey - Photo album

Just discovered this restaurant on Lincoln Blvd that has been there for a decade. Going in thru an art studio into the back patio this place has its charm. Really loved fried calamari and the veal with lemon sauce. Portions are on a big side. Service is kind and attentive. Owner is very friendly. Go
What a delightful dining experience for a Mother's Day brunch. People here are very friendly and the food is excellent. The outdoor dining patio is cute with good vibes. With the LA sun, we really enjoyed the outdoor dining environment. This is our first time here. For Mother's Day, the restaurant
The restaurant is intimate in its physical space so reservations obviously are a necessity. Even then you may have to wait a short bit because customers don't operate by reservation times. The service was pleasant and attentive, the menu is quite varied and the dishes for the most part are plentiful
I've been going to this place for years and I still say this place has some of the best Italian food in the city. It's a perfect mix of rustic favors from the north and the simple, clean flavors of the southern Italian coast. The place itself is small, quaint and only has about a dozen tables, so
This place was better than I expected. I had been here a few years ago and hadn't returned. I'm glad I did. The food was good, generous portion of property cooked pasta. A little pricey, but it's that kind of neighborhood. Outdoor seating was quite pleasant.
This place has some downfalls, but overall it is quite nice. From the front, the restaurant isn’t very attractive, but the patio is pretty. The personnel is friendly and attentive, but the service overall isn’t super quick, but at the same time it is not drearily long. Most dishes we tried were deli
Lots of reviews for Locanda Positano from people who make a point of leaving a lot of 3 star reviews. Highly recommend giving this place a try for yourself. Quiet, tasteful and welcoming space. Seriously great food. Fantastic wine list. Awesome staff. Great date spot or just a night to treat yoursel
This nice and small place with low light. There are about 20 seats in total. We ordered two appetizers, two dishes, and two deserts (kind of too much for a party of two ha).
Great food, great service. We didn't love our wines, but the appetizers and pasta were superb. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend the burrata!
Locanda Positano took me back to the small towns of Italy. Where the pride of family cooking in a intimate setting and great tasting wines are memories of younger days. Thanks for the great service and tasty cappuccino with our dessert
I hesitate to share my rave review for fear of this gem being overrun. This is arguably one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles. A little piece of Italy in Marina del Rey
Was surprised to discover such a great place by my house. Always great service, fresh and delicious food, and such a tempting menu
Hidden away from the street and decent portion sizes. All of the food was tasty, I got the linguine alla positano and they definitely didn't skimp on the seafood, which I appreciated. I could see this as a date night spot.
Visited granddaughter at LMU campus. Trip wouldn't be complete without dinner at Laconda. Fabulous meal again.
Excellent real deal Italian food from very nice people in a casual and welcoming atmosphere.
The new outdoors patio is beautiful. Great fresh food and good vibes. Excellent service.
Great date spot! Definitely a hidden gem given the high traffic street the restaurant is located on. We really enjoyed the rear patio although the interior dinning room looked cute. Our server was excellent and had some great menu suggestions. Delicious pasta and one of the best affogatos I’ve had.
