East Cobb/OTP Friends: Hallelujah!! No longer do we have to make the trek to BuHi for EXCELLENT Asian food. I could barely contain my excitement at the fresh & authentic preparations I saw coming out of the kitchen & had to find out more. The menu is large & sectioned into Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, & Japanese but after finding out it was a little Vietnamese grandmother in the kitchen, I went with all Vietnamese dishes. SO SO SOOO good! I wanted to give her a hug & then I wanted to be mad because we ordered 5 dishes (that were huge) & our bill wasn’t even $50. It angers me that ethnic cuisine is loved yet so devalued in this country. Anyhow, the pho broth takes 36 hours to prepare & you taste nothing but love & family tradition with every sip. This spot has only been open a short time & I hope that the community gives it the support it so deserves!❤️
