I was told the ice cream machine wasn’t working. I saw them hand a girl a large milk shake 5 mins later. I too asked for a milkshake as well as ice cream. I instead ordered 2 slushies. Both of which had no taste. Just colored ice. Also ordered a medium fry and they weren’t fresh which is odd because I waited at least 8 minutes and saw fries get dropped during the wait…

I frequent this restaurant late at night when I'm doing deliveries. I have to say, the manager during those hours is absolutely wonderful. Not only that but it's almost like dropping by and saying hello to a friend. He gets the food out fast too which is so refreshing. Time is money!

Robot in Training at this Checkers. The robot voice was calm and nice and we did speak very clearly but unfortunately she still got our order incorrect. Fries were nice and hot and good. Burger not so much and it was late night so I expected the burger might be a little more tasty but this burger tasted boiled and like it had been sitting for a while. The actual human interaction was good.

I went through the drive thru. I sat in the line for about an hour, from the time I pulled in to the time I got my food. It was fairly busy, so I expected somewhat of a wait, but that was a bit longer than anticipated. When I did finally get my food, the burgers were ice cold, but the fries were hot and as delicious as always.

It seems like now more than ever every time I go to the checkers lately their food gets better or customer service gets better and they really do you up on the loaded fries delicious yummy hot fries not to mention but decent deals you get at the window so if you get a chance to go pick up something from your local checkers compared to Wendy's Burger King and McDonald's Checkers is the best of my opinion not to mention slightly cheaper I give him five stars

Ordered the new chicken tenders with the purchase of large fries. The fries were good but the chicken tenders were very small & hard. I won't order that again however I think I'll try something else.

I order for 4 people an two of ours was wong an the fries was cold. Took it back an the black guy had an attitude like we did something wrong he snatched the bag. Just had customer service

Was on my lunch break and just wanted to grab something quick to eat. I always forget about them being in the area, just get what's close to the main road to go home. I'm never disappointed with the food or customer service. They make sure your food is on point. Getting FRESH HOT fries, will make the meal complete. Here lately fast food has really went down hill with Quality and hot. Austell Road you all are Amazing. Thank you
