The wait for dinner time was very long. We were seated promptly, however it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get asked about drinks and get them. I did order a fruity alcoholic drink that I liked a lot. However, they only have paper straws. My boyfriend and I always have real straws in the car for this occasion. So bring your own straws if you want to use one! The cheese dip we got was already cold. We asked for pickled jalapeños and they brought us fresh. The fish that I ordered was so greasy that it was inedible. The grease dripped onto the fries it was sitting on top of and also made those inedible. However, I was able to order 3 alcoholic beverages and fill up on those instead.

Worst ever!!!! Order was supposed to be done in under 15 and ended up taking 45 minutes! The tacos barely had anything in them and they were all soggy. Food is missing from my order. Also No forks, no napkins, no sauce. Nothing I asked for! So disappointed. My kids wont even eat it and I paid over $30!!!! I wish I could give zero stars 😡

This is my first time here at Taco Mac because recommendations from my friends and for good reason, the manager come outside to the patio where me and my girlfriend were seated, greeted us being new customers, our waitress was great, very great communication and a work hard attitude. For the food, portions are very generous, food was well cooked and tasted amazing. I will say the atmosphere is similar to BWW but this is alittle more friendly due to the smaller size. Would love to come back and try more items on the menu

Got 6 medium wings tonight. They were the tiniest wings I've seen in my life. They were dry and overcooked and had no wet sauce on them at all. I should have sent them back but I just asked for extra sauce. They used to let you substitute fries for the celery but no more.
I ended up just ordering fries (2.99) and they brought me a small cardboard container with a few cold looking fries in it. They weren't even up to the top of the container. I asked the server if that was a full order and she said that it was. I told her that if that was what I get for 2.99 they could just take them back. She took them back. After I completely finished the wings and was ready to leave, they brought me another container of actual fresh fries that had about triple the amount in it which is what I recall haven't gotten on previous visits.
I've been to several other Taco Macs and have never had this poor of an experience.

Service is getting better. Still prone to serving cold French fries.
Refills beer or other can be slow.
+200 Beer choices are great. If you can't find a beer you like, you don't really like beer.
Food is good. Timing on service is inconsistent.

This was my first time but I will be back. Courtney was my server and he was awesome! We got a wrap and a burger and both were delicious. A good atmosphere I look forward to going back to watch a game and eat.

Never have I been so embarrassed at a restaurant. My husband, my 2 children (one 4 and the other 3 months) and my self got sat at a table rather quick, but never waited on. Two other tables were seated after us and received service. Still no one came to acknowledge us. It was so bad that my 4 year old started saying were is our person very loud. We ended up leaving because still no one came over. It was not busy at all, Tuesday at 6pm. Not sure if it's because we had our kids with us or something more, but we were ignored as multiple servers walked pass us but never saying one word. It was like we were not even there is their eyes. Never have I had this happen and was so embarrassed.
