This place is ridiculous, ordered a double cheese burger no onions, after waiting 20 minutes they bring out this bag that feels like nothing is In it.bun is burnt with a paddy broke in half and stacked on top of one another, to boot it has onions, they offered to remake it but I said dont bother just give me a refund. Eat here at your own risk.

I’ve only used the drive thru, and they’ve always gotten my order right. Nice staff, too. The breakfast platter for $4 is awesome, really hits the spot!

We paid extra for expedited delivery of 25 minutes. It took an hour and it wasn’t the drivers fault because he was waiting at the restaurant. We got French toast sticks- there was no syrup. We got biscuits and gravy-there was no silverware. We got three sweet teas. None were sweet tea. What we got of the food was good though. Disappointing experience though.

So this Hardee's seems to be very short staffed, but the lady that I saw working there was potentially doing all three jobs and doing them super efficiently. Very pleased this Hardee's is close to our house. This morning we ordered at the drive thru and were able to split one of their big plates.

Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger, no onion. I got a cheeseburger covered in mustard. Granted no onion, but no bacon either. Burger seemed old around the edges. Onion rings were refried, tasted horrible. Told to pull up to the door.... no one behind me. NO one else what waiting on food. Sad what we have come to as a society. Won't be back. Had to get food somewhere else. No I didn't go back for a refund, too much confrontation these days and everyone has a gun in Georgia.

The staff refused to serve us. They decided they wanted to close early. I think it was because of race color. Complaint in with hardees for 2 weeks and still nobody has contacted me.

The guy was very rude , talking super fast couldn’t even understand what he was saying. He acted as if he did not want to be here , even when we were being nice saying thank you. He did not even engage once. And my food was disgusting!! I waited for 20 mins and the food was still cold & had no taste. I’m definitely filing a dispute to get my money back, do not come here.
