Ordered a hot and spicy McChicken through DoorDash and this is what I received. Not only that, my fries were freezing cold and old. I don’t know how you mix a hamburger patty with a very different color patty of CHICKEN. Disgusting.

I went through the drive-thru with my girls. We ordered, and at the end, the girl asked to make sure everything was coercion on the screen. I said, "Wait, I didn't order...". However, before I could finish, I could hear her turn off her headset. I've done what she is doing. You never cut off a customer. Then, when we went to pay for the order, I was talking about what had happened with my girls. The employee took my money and quickly shut the window. She did the same when she gave me my change. She didn't smile or say thank you. I will not be stopping by this McDonald's to or from Phoenix again.

If I could give zero I would. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich they put spicy. I told told them 4 times I dont want spicy. I get home in hidden valley they corrected it on the receipt but gave me spicy. Wasted $10 on a crapy chicken sandwich I cant eat. Tried to call and they wont pick up except to hang the phone up before you can say anything. What a way to manage returning customers!!!!!!!!!!

The food was good and hot but the drive thru took way too long for everyone's order, not just mine. I will pass on this location in the future, not stopping here again. It was a Monday and about 8:30 am. at Peak time. I wonder how much money they lost with this super slow location?

I went there a little after 130am for food only to get home and my burger be wrong. I called and talked to Simberly she said bring it back. So I did mind you this is now almost 2AM! I am waiting in line forever for my burger and she said I checked it you can check it. Still was wrong but just said it's fine. Get home and this burger is cold AF. Bacon is burnt and meat and cheese is so cold I am not even going to eat it now. I didn't get a receipt waste of my 12 dollars.
