Went through the drive thru and ordered a Beef and Cheddar combo meal. It's been quite a while since I've eaten at Arby's so I was surprised to see that they have options for a double and half pound Beef and Cheddar. I ordered the double. Fast food is getting expensive and this meal cost 14+ dollars for the double B&C with "regular" size fries and drink. The food was tasty and fresh, and was still warm when I arrived home with it. They remembered the straw and napkins and asked if I wanted Arby's sauce, Horsey sauce or ketchup. More and more places don't offer condiments if you don't ask, so I was pleased to have them offer.
I ate here for the first time in fifteen years. The Arby’s melt did not disappoint and I LOVE their curly fries!! Who doesn’t?! It’s so good and crispy. It was so good that I went back within the next weeks. Probably not good to eat it every week though. This will be my special treat. I definitely recommend Arbys!
Fast and friendly service! I was greeted by a manager, who was friendly and helpful. I ordered the #1 Classic with crinkle cut french fries for here. She ensured that I got the size I wanted, which was a small. The portions were plenty! The order came very quick. I was still gathering my drink and sauces when my order was called. Impressive! The dining room wasn't too busy, but it was clean. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a quick bite to eat, with friendly service!
I had the classic beef and cheddar. It was typical Arby's and tasted good. Service was typical fast food service. The dinning area looked like it could use a good cleaning.
I went to Arby's because I was running from a horrific experience at the LJS/KFC next door. I was greeted by William who I figured was the manager. He was absolutely perfect. I shared my experience next door and he suggested there new fish basket. I declined because I have my favorites at Arby's. My food came out quickly and got. The place was spotless. While enjoying my meal William was walking around speaking with guests and making sure all was well. When he got to me he presented me with a hot sample of the fish with a side of tartar sauce. He asked me to try it and to please let him know what I thought before leaving. That's service for now and the future. Restaurants need more like William. By the way the fish was really good 👍. You should give it a try.
The food is exactly what you'd expect from a fast food place. The shakes are good. The staff was nice and polite. I was there late, and the staff just waited until I was done eating to close up. Very nice.
Let me tell you what, ya'll are the best Arby's in the HISTORY OF ARBY'S!!!!! I live in phx and travel through most city's for work, and I can't tell you how happy I was that not only was this place open at 9am, but their food was SO FRESH AND HOT!!!! 😋 I wanted to take the time to thank you for making me really happy before I started my day. I have never gotten service and smiles, let alone HOT FOOD all at the same time and in the drive-through no less!!! I'm definitely giving a 5-star review. Keep up the great work
This restaurant and management are serving and treating customers with old school standards of quality and service across the board. GM seams like he is there all time, making sure the service and food is consistent.

Food was perfect, took a little time to get, but they got it to us and did NOT make us move this time.
Not only did they not remember our order correctly, but they had us pull forward (without any food or drink) because "It is a big order, and going to mess up there time". We had 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. Not a big order. Then, when our meals were brought out, they forgot our drinks.
Great service as always at the Maricopa location. The food is, like most Arby's, good. I will say that the wagyu burger is disappointing, though. I'm not a fan.
