Went through the drive thru and ordered the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club with small fries and coke. The total after tax was $12.49. After driving home, the sandwich and french fries were still warm and tasty. At the window, the guy was friendly and handed the food to me quickly. The only thing they could have done better was to offer condiments, but when I asked for ketchup, he handed me some packets.
It's a Jack in the Box, not bad, the food was fresh and the dining area was clean. Basically what we would expect from a fast food experience. I'm not big on Jack in the Box but I'm sure I'll end up back there again, it'll be willing to agree to go back. The home style chicken sandwich was good, it gave Popeyes a run for it's money and that surprised me.
I pulled up to the drive thru at midnight after a long shift at work. I was exhausted and done with the day. The manager and staff were incredibly kind and made my whole night. The food was fresh, delivered quickly, and tasted delicious. 10/10, will make a midnight run again.
Staff and quality of food have been great at this location. My order was accidentally messed up on Thursday and I spoke with the manager Rebecca and she offered to make it right for me and did. Has been very understaffed at late night in the past but I haven't been there late night recently so I don't know if it's improved. Thank you guys for all the hard work you do to make this a great location!
Had the mini tacos 🌮. They were not bad. The seating area needed a good cleaning. There were not many people there, but it did take a while for my order
Great Jack in the box experience. Drive thru line was packed yet moved along in timely fashion. Food was fresh and good. Server was professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for more+
Hot and Fresh Food! I was greeted right away and was told she would be right with me. She was placing french fries in the fryer. I ordered the #4 Medium Meal for here. My order was ready very quickly! The French Fries were very hot and tasty. The Jumbo Jack with cheese was also made correctly and hot. This location has the Coca Cola Freestyle machines. I dispensed a Cherry Coke Zero. The cherry syrup tasted old. I switched to adding Raspberry and was pleased. The reason for my 4 stars, was the condition of the Lobby as well as I ordered my food to go but the bag stated To Go. The Dining Room wasn't attended to, as there were no visible clean tables. There was no visible trash, which is good. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a hot and fresh meal. To go or Take out is best, but if you don't mind a dirty table, then Dine in it is!
Night crew on point 10:30pm polite and got my burger right . You would not believe how hard it is to get a burger with no sauce . Great job.
Posting this after placing my SECOND order since my FIRST one was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. KEEP IT UP OVER THERE you guys deserve 5 stars all the way!!! Food was all fresh hot and more important CORRECT. EVERYTHING. My orders are always pretty big so KUDOS and THANK YOU my kind folks at Jack on John!!!
Service did take 20 minutes to get a single burger and 2 tacos but when it did come out it tasted exceptional.
