So back in 1986 my aunt took to me a Godfathers pizza place in Flagstaff, Arizona and we ordered a Chicago deep dish. it was loaded with toppings and had an excellent crust. I was a kid at the time. I still remember that pizza today at age 52. I have ordered Chicago type pizzas since then and can not remember really getting a good old Chicago style pizza. This evening, I ordered one from Rosati's and BANG. This was the most impressive Chicago deep dish pizza I have had since 1986. It weighted a ton. It was thick, loaded with toppings to include cheese. I am not a cultured fella but I had to use a pie serving spatula to get a piece of pizza off the pie. I also had to use a steak knife and fork to eat this robust pizza slice. One piece filled me up.
This place is super small. I ordered to go. My partner wasn’t impressed with their food and it’s also sorta pricey. I liked what I got though. Fettuccine Alfredo tasted pretty good but I still like Olive Garden better. The wait time took forever! My partner had to wait an extra thirty minutes! Sucked! I probably won’t come back.
Service was amazing. They called when I was a bit late picking up my order and when I got there I was greeted and taken care of right away.
The pizza was amazing! It was better than the first time I tried Rosati's and it was good then too!
The wings, however, were not good. The chicken tasted old..."fowl bird" taste. I ordered a pizza bread for my picky son and all of the cheese was stuck to the foil, so that was a waste too.
Overall, I will go again- as it's a better pizza than any of the big chains in town but I won't be getting anything else.
This is generally my go-to for pizza in Maricopa. I like the flavor of the sauce and the seasonings they sprinkle on top. Consistent, fast, and friendly service. Don’t mind paying more for these reasons.
Would love to see the dough recipe have more salt though… incredibly bland crust (I’ve had both the thin crust and the slices they have at lunch). Since they are a chain, they may not have control over that.
This is our go to place for Chicago style pizza. We have not had any problem with the service. We order ahead, pick up, and bring home. The pizzas are always correct. I wish they had more deals so we could go more often, but it is a good treat. We love how filling the pizza is. It's thick. The toppings are very good. The slices are well divided.
The pizza was delicious, but I only asked for light onion and light black olives. They made all 4 ingredients light. Kinda sad because it's their own system to make selections. It's not like I wrote out confusing instructions.
Placed my first order from Rosati’s. Picked it up to share with the family for dinner at home. I was quite surprised how amazing this pizza and garlic bread were. Lots of cheese, great flavor in the sauce and the crust reheats well too! As Arnold Schwarzenegger said, “I’ll be back!”
Rosati's has very good food! The 4 and 2 stars are only because we did not sit down in the restaurant to eat. First time we ordered pizza on line, it was very tasty! The second time was another on line order, this time we had spaghetti & meatballs. Spaghetti wasn't as good as pizza.
Every time I order from Rosati’s Pizza it’s always a positive experience. I like both the deep dish or thin crust, they make it very easy with the app to order online. I order at least twice a month.
Ordered a pizza, spinach/tomato/cheese garlic bread, and hot wings online. Love that they show coupons that can be used at checkout. Easy to place order, ready when scheduled, and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was delicious (as always).
