A dozen glazed and a dozen mixed were a hit at my business meeting. I rated the atmosphere at 3 stars but location was clean. 3 stars because Dunkin does not have "atmosphere".

Nice people. Baskin Robin's ice cream was delicious, crullers, iced and hot coffee were all good but the people working made it great.

Stop by for the hot coffee and they handed a warm old one. I have to turn around to get it replaced. Why they can’t give right coffee at first time. Needs improvement

They always get my order right the only flaw to this place is the consistency. The drinks always change it seems in flavor. Not a bad thing just different.

We've been here several times over the last few weeks of our visit to Marianna and the staff have been polite and the food good. There was a day when they were out of several items, but the staff offered alternatives.

Stopped here once for a mobile order on my way home to Texas. I was greeted with a nice smile. The staff was very nice. All 3 of my items were made perfectly. Thanks so much for the kindness and swiftness!

So stopped here yesterday as well as today and had a good experience overall. Grabbed some munchkin donuts and those were tasty. Also got a few lattes that tasted good as well. The restaurant in general was fairly clean, though the men’s bathroom could have used some attention. The staff were so friendly and kind and helpful, and they made the experience fantastic.

Not sure what happened yesterday, but the chocolate glazed donuts were not topped with the regular chocolate they use. They put a barely-sweet chocolate butter cream on top??? And the old-fashioned chocolate donut (my fav) was not very sweet, SUPER DRY, and barely glazed... Maybe they ran out of sugar and were rationing it?!?! 🤔 ...UPDATE - I spoke to the new owner via email. He advised that these items were addressed and provided an educational moment for the employees. He also clarified that because of allergens they cannot use oat milk and such in their machines. He is working with staff regarding the negative comments made on Google reviews. I did revisit this location the other day and all the donuts were perfect. Thank you
