The Blue Bonnet Cafe is certainly a Texas landmark that you absolutely have to try. The pies are enormous and delicious along with the great tasting breakfast and lunch selections. I decided to have lunch on my last visit and settled for the pot roast. I must say it was as great as my mom's. I've had breakfast in the past which I also highly recommend. The wait can sometimes be a little long, but well worth your time. Highly recommended!!

Did not get to dine in due to the Sunday lines so did a curbside pickup. As you can see I was feeding a small army so here are some highlights. The turkey and dressing special, catfish, and chicken tenders were delicious. The pie ranking was #1 apple, #2 chocolate, #3 peanut butter. Good food, friendly service, and good prices.

You can’t be in Hill Country and NOT stop here!! I was excited about this place and I’m glad I was right. Home style cooking and atmosphere. We got there before the rush hit but you can just tell the service stays topnotch here. Stepping in you see the tower of pies and the cooks working their magic at the grill. I had an omelette with a side of biscuits and gravy and my daughter had a huge plate sized pancake with bacon- it was all amazing! We also tried the cinnamon roll and that definitely didn’t disappoint! Also, this was the best meal we had on our trip and the cheapest! Anytime we’re around, it’ll definitely be a stop!

If you want an amazing breakfast, look no further than the Blue Bonnet. Hands down one of the best Chicken Fried Steaks I’ve ever had. And the pie is absolutely amazing! Just don’t eat anything before you come here. The portions are Texas sized and you’ll need a wheelbarrow to carry you out. 12/10 would come back again.

I have driven by this place for years and always talked myself out of it because of one reason or another. Not today. Amazing moist, melt in your mouth open face roast beef, salad and okra. The no Sugar added apple pie with soft serve was simply wonderful. That pastry chef knows a thing or two about flakey pie dough. Until next time.

Went for a drive in the hill country and had heard great things about Blue Bonnet Cafe. Stopped in for a bite to eat and I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. Have to say it was excellent! Liked the experience and would highly recommend. We had heard there may be a long wait time to be seated at this is a popular place. Luckily we only had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated.

One of those must try places when in Marble Falls, Texas. The food is delicious and cooked to order. The pies are delicious and baked fresh daily. The location is in the heart of downtown on US Hwy 281. Limited seating so peak hours expect a wait to get a table. Ample parking although during peak hours may be at capacity. The prices are reasonable. My server was Stephanie and she was excellent, very knowledgeable about the menu and very efficient and always thinking ahead for your needs - only thing slows her down seems to be the time it takes to cook the meal. Enjoy and Bon Appetit!!! 😋😋😋

Breakfast was served quickly. Large portions served at breakfast. Had to get a slice of pie to go. Peanut butter creme with side of chocolate sauce tasted like a Reese's peanut butter cup. Multiple flavors of pies from which to choose. Worth the visit
