Great place right on Rt1. Easy on and off. Plenty of parking. Breakfast all day. Had the conch cafe (just tenderized conch batter fried). It was great. Super fresh and great flavor. Waitstaff attentive and friendly. Outside seating as well. Worth a stop

We ate here on our Honeymoon in the Keys 30 years ago. We returned 7 years ago. And again last night. The Cracked Conch Sandwich is exactly the same! We drove 3 hours each way just to relive our Honeymoon experience Delicious! Conch are still hammered by hand in the kitchen then fried to perfection and served on a soft toasted bun. The new owners will be updating the restaurant in 2 weeks but will retain the recipes and casual atmosphere.
The Conch is twice as big as the bun!
A Keys tradition along with Key Lime pie.

Excellent breakfast and Bloody Mary! Great spot for a quick bite - I had the steak and eggs, asked for the breakfast potatoes to be well done and they actually got them right! Ate at the outside bar and was pleasantly cool out there. Don’t miss this place!

Had such an amazing eggs Benedict I went to eat here 2 out of my 3 days in Marathon! My boyfriend loves there half pound sirloin burger! I love that they serve breakfast till 4 and have great bloody Marys as well!

Stopped here with my girlfriend after a day on the beach. She ordered a plate of the conch marsala. When the food arrived, and she picked up that fork, transferring the food to her mouth, she looked like the food critic guy from Ratatouille when he had that flashback to eating his mom's cooking, so I think she really liked it.

My wife and I split the conch franchise and the conch ceviche appetizer for dinner, along with onion rings which were exceptional onion rings. Wow, the conch franchise really was something unique and delicious. The sauce was like a hollandaise sauce without egg yolk and it was great. The kids had pizza which was of a surprisingly good quality. When I first saw the menu, I thought that it was too extensive for them to actually make all of those dishes well, but I was wrong. It was all fantastic. I'd make a point to come back again next time I'm nearby or driving through.

First time I ever ate there, very good food, great service, nice laid back atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for the keys, 5 guys had breakfast for under $80 including a good tip.
