The SLOWEST location I have ever been to and once you are in line at the drive thru you are stuck:(
Also, one of the items I ordered was the seasonal chicken tortilla soup. It was almost $6, yet there was not ONE single identifiable piece of chicken in the entire bowl. 😤😤😤

Its Chick-fil-A and their service is awesome. The manager took care of us even though we were seated and made us feel like family for no reason other than we are a large family. That doesn't happen much because we routinely get the schtick because we roll 5 kids and 2 adults. Instead, the manager (wish I remembered her name) helped out with everything. That's rare, and that's why we love Chic-fil-A. We'll be back!

Package of 8 nuggets was fried to the point of being shriveled and burnt, extra tiny ie minimal meat just fried breading like they scooped the bottom of the bag and tossed it in the fryer. Ordered a large fries and 1/3 of the container is missing. Pick a different location to get your food.

Food was good but they are stingy with the sauce. You would think 3 orders of chicken fingers would get at minimum 3 sauces but they only gave 2. So someone had to go without sauce... I should've known better than to drive away with out checking the bag.

Never had bad experience with Chick-fil-A before today, I simply used my rewards of regular Chick-fil-A deluxe and offered to pay the difference to substitute from regular to Spicy. However, employee asked a team lead and the lead was nice enough to wave extra charges for the Spicy but the kid who took my order served me with cold sandwich as if I begged for my rewards!! There’s a reason why I have the app and it’s the rewards since my 6 kids like your shakes! Manager offered me a replacement but my feelings got in the way even though it wasn’t a huge deal my pride & emotions had me to deny the replacement. Will never use Maplewood location ever again.

The service has gotten better each time we've used the drive thru. Their mobile app works better than most. Good chicken strips, and great lemonade and tea.

This location went from great to bad. They closed the inside dining and drive up areas, leaving only drive thru.
On average you should expect to wait 30-40 minutes in line during normal lunch or dinner hours
