Who are these people that give this anymore than a one star? I understand this isn't Nobu or some other Michelin Star restaurant, it's McDonald's. My one star is basis all the other McDonald's experience in my life. Service is constantly lousy.
To have a wonderful experience at this location, you tell yourself that your order will be wrong 50% of the time. The wait will be 5x any other location. Presto, your expectations will be met.
In summary I attached a moldy, slimy, algae filled drain over their cooler that summarizes your experience at this McDonald's.

Massive leak in the dinning area. The staff is not cleaning other tables that are not next to the leak, leaving the only clean tables in the drip zone. Additionally the soda fountain is not working. It is not clear if meal prices have been adjusted to reflect that you cannot have a soda.

Ordered 2 dbl qtr and 10 pice nuggets with bbq sauce. I was charged for all of this but got two single qtr, nuggets, and no sauce. This after waiting 10 min after ordering to get the order in the drive through. Ill think twice before going there again

I went to McDonald’s in lower maple valley and asked for ranch. My first one was separated and disgusting. I went back to get new ranch and this is what I got… something must be wrong with the keeping of their sauces.

Definitely the quickest and most efficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Always hot and fresh food and they have never forgotten anything which everybody seems to fuss about.Overall 10/10 on all categories:)

As you know, most fast-food joints are strictly drive-thru only...As this location is. The food is always fresh & hot. Sometimes there's a bit of a congestion - & you cannot withdrawal from the drive thru lane once you enter it.

We ordered 2 vanilla milkshakes and they both got thrown away. They had the consistency of milk and tasted like pure vanilla syrup. It got me thinking, if there is ever a WW3, how the heck is the U.S gonna start a draft if half the kids in this country can't even assemble a burger or make a milkshake.

General unprofessional look and level of service in-store. Interior had the appearance of a facility that hadn't been cleaned in several hours. Not returning.
