Jersey Mike's Subs

You know, things have been stressful since COVID hit, and I've noticed that as businesses become short staffed, customer service suffers. That is NOT the case at Jersey Mike's. We've been ordering a lot of food online lately, and while most of our orders from other places have had mistakes, our sandwiches are always perfect. I'm hella picky too, so Jersey Mike's has my respect for sure, and will continue to have my business. I appreciate the care that I can tell is going into our orders! And, do yourself a favor and order a cookie. OH MY GOSH THEY ARE DELICIOUS!

EDIT: 5 stars back to 1 for complete inconsistency. I went back last Friday, ordered online and got giant 2 sandwiches where only the meat and cheese were right. I called and they offered to replace it but driving 40 minutes round trip again was not something I was up to doing (I'm disabled.) The owner has not contacted me so I'm again altering my review since last time this is where I got contact from. DO NOT GO DURING DINNER TIME. If you order on the app at dinner YOU WILL NOT GET THE SANDWICH YOU ORDERED! I have experienced this 3x now. I had previously edited my review from 5 stars to 1 after a bad experience. The owner reached out to me and heard out all of my complaints. Many had already been handled but the level of customer service was amazing. It was nice of the owner to reach out when Jersey Mike's corporate didn't respond to my complaint.
