The Blend Juice And Java

Neither women working were wearing masks or gloves. When I asked the younger one who was helping me why she wasn't wearing a mask she acted like she had no idea about the mask law. She referred to the older one who said "we are 6 feet apart in here so we don't need them" ... which makes zero sense because they are literally preparing people's food and drink and are both stuck inside a tiny coffee cart. Also, I am only like 2 or 3 feet from them at the drive-through. I mentioned that she is not 6 feet from me, though, and she just shrugged. She even pressed the change down in my hand literally touching me as if there is not a global pandemic killing people. I will never go there again.

They say after your 12th drink you get a free one. No size specifications, so I order a lot 32oz, the largest, and they make me give them 50cents? What is this for?she says it averages your last 2 drinks? What the hell is free about that? AND THEN she hands me a 24oz?! I asked her to make it a 32oz like I had originally requested. She fills it up with more ice and just pours the 24oz into the bigger cup. This place is a rip off. The coffee is good but the customer service sucks. Don't offer free drinks after this many stamps if it isn't free.

THIS is the place to get your coffee!!! The owner makes sure that she speaks to every one of her customers if she can, always with a smile on her face and is genuinely happy to see you. I go there enough that they know what kind of coffee I get and have it ready for me when I get to the window, It is a huge time saver on a busy morning when I have places to be. I very highly recommend this place !

I've only been here a few times but whenever I go they remember my name and are always sooo friendly. I went to Starbucks everyday and they never remembered me. (also ordered the same thing everyday) it's just nice to go somewhere where they seem to love what they do and are passionate about great costumer service :) I'll definitely be going here more often!

What a horrific business to work for. I worked training shifts and was promised I would be being paid hourly for training. The owner refuses to pay me. I had to contact the manager to find out that I was not employed anymore. They are discusting human beings. They speak poorly of customers as soon as they leave. I was told that you are not allowed to throw anything away. That includes straws and food that fall on the ground! Gross!! What kind of business is so cheap they can't even throw away a straw... The roof has a leak right above the espresso machine where they use the mop bucket to catch the water. I would recommend saving your time and money and do not support a business that does not pay employees. They store most of their products right above the toilet as well. Wouldn't be surprised if your straw fell in the toilet and you drank from it.
