Panera Bread

I had no idea how quickly I would fall in love with this restaurant. I love the soups and sandwiches from here. A bit pricey when you add up Sandwiches, Salads, and soups together. Best to get a meal deal to save a bit of your money. Staff is fast and friendly, even for drive-thru. Keep up the fantastic work! I appreciate you all so much. Sincerely, Happy Cancer Patient.

I have their coffee subscription and it seems like every time I go there I have to explain to them how it works. I have to pull up my app to show them, cause their registers are unable to show them the same information. I have been charged several times for coffee that should have been "free" via the subscription. When this happens, they seem unable to refund or correct the error. Today I got a "free" cookie since they were unable to refund me a coffee. I feel like I still lost the war since the cookie is grey... Like a zombie cookie or something. Here's a picture of it next to an apple for a color comparison.

Panera is a quality chain. They brew their coffee and keep it pretty fresh so that is definitely worth noting. The baked goods are their bread and butter if you will, and I usually recommend the scrumptious sweets they churn out. Yes your sandwiches, soups, and salads are tasty but you can obviously get those at many other places. Don't eat too many cookies! :-)

Great food, a bit expensive ($16 for this plate and a drink). Steak and cheddar sandwich was fantastic, steak was tender and the horseradish on the sandwich was great. The Chicken BBQ Mac and Cheese was also great, but it was served a bit cooler than I would've liked. Definitely a great restaurant though.

I'll give 5 stars ONLY because there food is great and the service was great too. BUT...my last couple of times there... They've only had one of my favorite bagels!!! Aliso(spelling?) The cheese bread lol 🤦‍♀️. This is my local Panera, there broccoli cheddar soup meal with Bread is the only broccoli my youngest will eat. It's delicious and a favorite ❤️.
