The Sub Shoppe

Printed menu both in mail and in site are not accurate in prices. Drivers expect tips, cashier(cute girl) will rolls eyes with the slightest feed back. Quality of food has declined. Worker's including head chef will talk about a customer even before they leave. I've been a LONG time customer. But the shoppe sucks now

We've ordered from here twice for delivery and both times the food was good, however both times the driver made comments about the drive. We ordered through Slice which says we are in their delivery range (about 10 minutes away). The first thing the driver said was "we're in Maple Shade" so I said "oh cool!" and he said "yeah Maple Shade" so I said "ok... Is that far?" And he said yes. I apologized and upped his tip. The second time he said the same thing to my husband, and that it's 20 minutes (that is round trip, but I get what he was saying). He made us feel so uncomfortable and like we were an inconvenience so we won't be ordering from here again. If it's an issue they should just update their delivery range.

Horrible experience- I’m a resident and local teacher who ordered pizza for my class who was already upset after field day getting cancelled due to rain. I ordered six pies and received four of them. The man on the phone seemed overwhelmed and argued that I did not order that many he condescendingly called me “honey”. The manager was friendlier, he rectified the situation, and sent two more pizzas 30 minutes later so we could enjoy our original four cold. We will not be ordering here for any other pizza parties nor do I believe the other teachers after the debacle.

First off I ordered because it was a 4.5 star restaurant so I KNEW I WAS GOING TO BE SATISFIED! I received my cheesesteak and it had NO MEAT ALL BREAD FOR $11.00😳😩😡 the bread was soft and delicious Sandwich but not worth $11.00 never again will I order from them not to mention they didn’t even cut my sandwich in half!!

Sub Shoppe is the best! I am a neighbor of the owners and they are great people. The food is ALWAYS on point - I don't think I've ever had anything from here that I didn't like. Great sandwiches and pizza too. During the pandemic, they dropped off care packages of different canned goods and other food items. Very nice people and a great place to get food for your next event!
