Mr. Chicken

i keep getting dried out chicken completed a complaint form online and called the number that was emailed to me going on 2 weeks no further response from customer service i wont be patronizing ever again been a over 30 year customer food quality has gone downhill. I did check my chicken before i left there was no way i would have known the chicken was dried out just my looking ate it when my family and i i tried to eat it was to dried to to even chew i feel we should have gotten replacement chicken or a refund but we wont ever come back your company didn't even try to fix this and i see i am not the only person complaining about dry chicken on here

Went there today. Our white meat chicken meals with coleslaw, biscuits and mashed potatoes were PERFECTION. How is the food so good every time? Friendly professional service with smiles. I think it's worth every penny for the quality of the food alone. I hope these workers are adequately compensated.

I was really disappointed with my sides and corn muffin today. I have been loyal customer since I discovered Mr Chicken back in 2016 when I first moved to Cleveland. All these years later even though I no longer live near, I stop by when visiting the city. The chicken was as always crunchy and delicious. The green beans left a lot to be desired. They just didn't have the usual flavor profile. The corn muffin didn't hold together well..extra crumbly. All in all A+ on chicken C- on sides.

I was on a motorcycle ride and decided to stop at this location to grab something to eat. For some reason, the dining room was closed. As someone that lives out of state, had I known this in advance, I would have gone elsewhere at first. Mr Chicken should realize that everyone cannot use the drive thru.

Terrible customer service experience today 04/25/22. I went through the drive thru. I was not greeted when I got to the speaker. I asked for all wings in my meal and was told NO. Just like that,NO! No explanation why, just NO. I offered to pay extra and was still told NO “we don’t put all wings in the family meal.”Then she said something else(really fast) I didn’t understand what she said so I asked her could she please repeat. She did, but it was a tone as if I was bothering her because she had to repeat herself. When I told her how she sounded she mumbled under her breath, (still on the speaker) “oh my God” and then just talked right over it. The gentleman that was taking payments was pleasant though. THANK YOU, young man! Then when I get to the window for my food “Ms.Attitude “ is basically throwing it out the window at me. Food hanging out the bag, so I asked for another bag. Guess what…. That annoyed her too. Like my goodness, if you don’t like your job QUIT. Don’t make the customer experience BAD because you picked the job.

Over priced, and the foods was nasty. The chicken was hard, and tasted like wood, with no flavor, the corn was over cooked or old, might be both. People stay at home, and cook your own meals, these cook is the same age as your younger kid/grandchildren, only they can fit is rum and coke, and a blunt. I want 😫 all my 37.00 back. Never again.
