Won't be back if i can help it. My son requested so I took him. Lines a mile long dinning room closed. While waiting I looked up the reviews. I told my son he will check his food b4 we leave the window. Sure enough cold food. I handed food rt back and told them we need hot food. 🔥 and I will not go in the mile long line again. Chick-fil-A this iz 2 u. You must make some big time changes or ur going to go done hill very fast! There's no reason for customers 2 wait 30mins In line. 2 Always have fresh HOT Food. No ☆☆☆☆z p.s. kick it in gear and do a better job ASAP Thiz picture is when we were getting a little closer. Very Disappointed 😞

I come here once or twice a week, every week. Staff are friendly and i’ve only had a few order mess ups, which is totally understandable because mistakes happen and not every order can be 100% accurate!! Occasionally I will have pepper jack on my sandwich when I ask for american but they are always happy to fix my order at the glance of a receipt. love the outdoor seating, and the overall cleanliness of the store. This location is a perfect place to stop if you’re out in about in the Maple Grove area!!

I’m not sure who handles my food or how it’s cooked. Every time I seem to get sick when eating here. Today I tried to use a gift card and they said that they couldn’t scan or type it in? Then ask someone who knows how. Now I sit with horrible stomach pains and wondering if I should go to the hospital. Sorry but I’ll eat else where next time. Very disappointing start to the weekend!

I haven't eaten at Chick-fil-A for 20 years because of their support of anti LGBTQ groups, but they seem to be making better choices for who they donate to, so I figured I'd give it another go. First, expect very long lines! Surprisingly it went pretty fast. I'd say they probably got through 30 cars in 20 minutes if I had to guess. I was actually impressed. The order was correct, and the chicken was delicious!! The Chick-fil-A sauce is the best, I bought some at Target so I can put it on everything. The spicy Sriracha sauce has a very nice kick. I got the spicy deluxe sandwich, it's messy but delicious! So juicy, perfectly cooked, and better than any fast food chicken sandwich I've had. The waffle fries and nuggets are also good. We ordered a 12pc to share and definitely got a few extra bits. I'll definitely be back. I'm glad they are now putting their money into useful charities like local food banks.
