Mcdonald's

So tried this McDonalds again in Manteca. Clearly my receipt says no lettuce or onions! Looks like my Big Mac was manhandled. When I got to the window the young man says here is your order. I asked what is in the bag ..he didn't even know! I had to let him what I ordered and asked no lettuce right he didn't know. I got chicken nuggets for my husband and it was 20 piece I had to ask for one more sauce who gives you 1 sauce for 20 piece! I worked in fast food in my teenage years I appreciated my job and always made sure my orders were repeated and checked them....your Mgr needs to retrain all of you! This is the forth time I was hoping you all got better! Do better because you can go far in fast food!

We went for some nuggets and an ice cream last Thurs around 6 pm. Filthy store, floor was dirty and fries and napkins strewn around. Every table was dirty, when I asked for a rag was told they were all in the wash????? First manager claimed she was new, then said she was experienced...but the order was wrong, the service was slow, and the place was empty..So , Why so dirty? Do not waste your money here.

Went in for first time since the virus. I ordered a fishfilet...paid for extra cheese du to the HALF of slice of cheese 🧀 and. When I received sandwich I was very disappointed ~ the cheese was put one on top the other and the actual fish was literally tossed onto bun as MOST of fet was NOT ON BUN ~ couldn't move it over because if the way the did the cheese also couldn't put any sauce on the bunny with NOTHING on it...I ended up takeing the meatless parts of bun off~ I showed the workers the JOKE of a sandwich I was very polite about it..even about the ice cold fries....I wasn't upset threw all this untill THEY DIDNT OFFER ANYTHING TO SAY SORRY!!! I GOT IM SORRT from worker who AGREED it wasn't alright..they even messed up the fries! Ice cold and old! The store was EXTREMELY CLEAN

I just moved here to Manteca this is the second time I went to this McDonald's gave them another try. When ordering the young lady kept talking over me and I had to repeat my order 5 times. Took at least 20 min waiting at the drive through for my food. Got home which I am literally 10 min away fries were cold and my big Mac was missing a pattie yeah not going to this one anymore!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Burgers are wrapped in the wrong paper and wrapped wrong. We ordered 2 cheese burger meal, as is with everything. 1 other cheese burger no pickles no onions None of the cheese burgers had pickles or onions 1 had ketchup coming out from every direction 1 barely had any ketchup 1 was totally plain. The chicken nuggets are cold and don't taste like they normally do they smell bad. We ordered 1 shamrock flurry and 2 oreo flurries, we got 2 shamrock flurries and 2 over flurry. Then we tried to give one back and were told to keep it and they gave someone else's flurry to us. Mc Donald's needs to get it together, it's really not a hard job.
