Pizza Hut

We were hungry, but it was late, so I looked and saw that the pizza Hut on Lexington Ave was open late. We ordered wings & paste. The servings of both foods were great and packaged well to keep them hot. This was the first time having their wings and we were not let down. They taste amazing and are great sized. We will definitely order from them again.

After ordering $40 worth of food, and waiting a hour and a half I called to see what the hold up was. Was told by a very rude lady that the driver knocked on the door and called the number .. well I have two of the yapping dogs ever if you knock on my door they will bark for days .. but the very rude lady informed me that she believes her driver. Well good. Keep your pizza I will never order again !

This Pizza Hut just reopened after a remodel and there's only one other in the US like it, so we thought we'd check it out. It has moved more toward fast food, which is something we didn't like. However, the staff was great. One young lady dealt marvelously with a gentleman who asked an excessive number of sometimes condescending questions. Finding people with excellent customer service is near to impossible anymore. Food was good.

After cooking the pizza, they took the incorrect pizza and literally stuck some cheese (crust topper that goes on before baking) and put it back in the oven. Didn’t even bake fully and was like plastic. Despicable and disgusting. The banana peppers and pepperoni edges were charred to a crisp, crust topper falling off not even half cooked. Totally unacceptable.. This says I care more about our inventory and timeliness more than I care about taking care of a paying customer. They will notice all the good customers like me will disappear the way they are treating peoples food. Very disappointed. Wings were also short. Been looking forward to this order for a month. And many other parents will soon be looking elsewhere for better priced better made food. Now I know why the driver was embarrassed to accept my $8+ tip..
