Store wasn’t busy. We were only customers in there. 50 minute wait on two sandwiches and fries…. The fries were cooked then left sitting on the bench and given to me cold. The sandwich was cold and soggy and had rotten bell peppers on it. Worst dining experience I’ve had. Two employees working there but one was constantly in the bathroom or outside. The entire time we were waiting and eating there.place was also filthy. Food scraps and crumbs on every table.

John served my husband and I. He had the best customer service. He bragged about their cleanliness and fresh quality of the food. He had the most enthusiastic attitude and was very friendly. Will definitely be going back. Somebody give this man a raise cause he deserves to be rewarded.

Not the best experience. They have taken away the ability to customize your sandwich. That was one of the only reasons we come here. Not to mention they started closing up early. The drink machine was broken apart for cleaning 30 minutes before close. Can’t come back here. 2 stars instead of 1 because the kid at the register was really really nice.

My family and I enjoyed dining here. We all had a tuna sandwich, that was perfectly made and delicious. The two ladies who assisted us showed outstanding customer service and made it a wonderful experience.
Came in again on June 3, 2022 and we were highly satisfied with not only the food but also the outstanding customer service.

Customer Service was not good, there was a hair in my sandwich. I then brought it up with corporate and was told the manager of this store would contact me and make things right. Well it's been a while now and I NEVER received a call or email from this store. Seems to me they don't care about their customers, I guess. Hygiene people!! Not hard to put your hair up..nobody wants that in their food!

Best Which Wich I have been too. The two ladies working there today did an amazing job with the salad, everything was properly portioned and was a work of art. Sadly I ate it before thinking to grab a photo for this review.
Very clean as well and the veggies were well cut and fresh. Will be my new default and looking forward to eating there again.

This really my favorite deli sandwich. Feels like I can really get it the way I want. Never had a bad ingredients. So many options for kind of a as nwich and what I want on it. Come to Mansfield only because not one close to me in DeSoto.

This place is pretty horrible. Cashier had no idea how to run the register, all tables were filthy and had not been cleaned in awhile. The sandwich makers shirt had holes in his shirt and the shirt was so nasty (looked like grime) I had to tell him to change his gloves.
He complained the entire time about how short staffed they were and he wanted to quit. Then acted like I asked him for his left arm because I needed napkins. Horrible. I’m done with Which Which
