This is only on the service because I didn’t get any food spent 10 minutes in the drive-through not moving backed out of the drive-through went in and there was a whole line full of people waiting for the food nobody was at the registers they said that everything was mobile. I said well how long have you been waiting and the guy said 15 minutes. It’s corporate run and the one off of Park Avenue runs a lot smoother. Having read previous reviews parent Lee you want to stay away from the weekend is this was on a Sunday

placed an online order already paid for and everything the app told me i was good to go to the speaker and say i was here to pick up my order i arrived there and waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes and pulled up to the window since i didn’t hear anything out of the speaker and they opened the window and said they closed (2hrs early) i am extremely mad since i had drove there to get my food and the app said i was good to go to pick up the food. i have had so many complications with the taco bell app and specifically this location. absolutely ridiculous. i understand closing early but the app should’ve told me that this location had closed. the staff also was extremely rude since i had shown up after hours but i did not know they were closed since the app and online said they were open for another 2 hours.

Food is good, closing time is incredibly inconsistent and infuriating. I work night shifts nearby and it seems like whenever I decide I want to get tacos for lunch they close early, even if it's an hour before they're supposed to. If it was an occasional thing it would be alright, but it seems to be increasingly common that I shouldn't bother to plan for food there since there's no way to tell if they're going to close at the advertised time or early and deny me a meal for the night when I was hoping to get food there.

First of all when we arrived at Taco Bell there’s a girl on her cell phone at the counter and has her vape sitting beside her while we are ordering at the tablet menu. Second of all they are out of chicken and lettuce and would not have said anything if we didn’t overhear them saying that about the drive thru. Using the tablet menu is one of the most inconvenient ways to order and is taking away jobs when if you have to pay cash you have to go up to the counter anyway. If i could leave zero stars I would.

The woman(Melissa)that took my order was absolutely phenomenal!! Very kind. My food was hot, fast and most importantly correctly made and all there.
