Great service and a solid team today, particularly great service from Jordan, who despite clearly needing to complete some sort of spreadsheet was still working front of house to let his team do what they needed to do, and was friendly and professional, helping with various issues. Restaurant was also clean and tidy, everyone else seemed to be served quickly too.

Horrible customer service. Me and the delivery guy were standing waiting for 5 whole minutes because the front staff were too busy chatting to kitchen staff leaning over the heating shelf’s catching up on the anthems of the weekend. Definitely don’t recommend this place 👎🏻

It's a burger king, not much else to say, free 2hr parking and a drive through option. The ice cream machine was working so that's a good thing. Staff were really friendly and helpful, even labelled which coffee was which without us having to ask which was nice.

At least 20 minutes late, waited an hour for food to be delivered. food was cold, not even one item was warm apart from one of the drinks!! Order was incomplete, not just a small item, one of the main meals. Was not about to refund and reorder only to wait another hour. Very very poor.
This was on a Sunday.

How hard can it be to get an easy order for 2 people right? Twice this has happened why not check the order before you send it out on delivery? Its not a hard job

Got home with mine and my mrs meals only 2mins away from the restaurant, chips where cold and my burger looked has it had been sat there all day lettuce had shrivelled up absolutely horrible food… tried to ring to complain but nobody answers the phone what a waste of money this restaurant is!!!!

I suffer from Anxiety and I ordered first and had to leave due to paying and NOT receiving my meal that's was money wasted down the drain so 1*

Used the Drive thru next to Pride Park in Derby. Despite no one being in the restaurant or being in front of me and ordering two meals we were directed to wait in a parking bay.
After 5 minutes or so we had one of the servers come out with our meals, without drinks. I asked where our drinks were and the chap said he hadn’t been given any and shrugged. I then asked for my drinks so he informed me gruffly that he would have to go back in to get them.
He did, obviously, but he certainly wasn’t happy about it.
The food was good. The chips were cooked perfectly and the Double Bacon Cheeseburger XL was great. Worth the 5 min wait.
All in all, food good, service turbo rubbish.
