Great fresh food. This is the first time I have tried their food and it was great. I had two shredded beef tacos and rice and beans. My tacos were seasoned wonderfully and the shredded beef was delicious. I was given a generous portion of beef per each taco. I was so nice to be able to get shredded beef in a taco and not ground beef. All the ingredients were fresh and it really showed thru with everything thing I had to eat. The rice was nice and light a fluffy not sticky or heavy. The beans had a great flavor to them. The salsa for the chips was a good heat but not overbearing. Overall if the rest of the menu is made with as much care as was put into my simple meal then the other items have to be delicious. I highly recommend trying Pancho's Tacos.

I loved it! The food portions were huge for what we ordered! They have the best horchata I’ve ever had, 10/10 would recommend! The waitress was a little slow at bringing the bill but it was getting packed so that’s understandable l! Other than that everything was good and so delicious!

Our waitress was an absolute doll! We just weren’t big fans of the food. The margaritas were good though, super strong lol! The queso was good too. My wife really liked their chicken, the beans and rice had a little too much spice in them, and the tacos had way too many onions. The dessert was okay but not anything special. Also they are pretty pricey compared to the normal Mexican restaurants we go too.

We love Panchos Tacos! The service is great and so is the food! It’s a wonderful treat and they have Mexican Cokes, Jarritos! They have beers & margaritas too if that’s your thing. We love that they include chips & salsa because we often have take away & they pack things up so carefully. An all around Mansfield family owned gem.

Very good food at reasonable prices. To they now have table service so you don't have to stand in line trying to place an order

This place is a pretty good name in the area for authentic Mexican food. The service was ok.
The food came out fast and fresh. The food tasted very good. They have a nice menu of options to choose from.
They also have a ton of different margarita flavors to choose from. It ranges from sweet to even spicy.
The downside is that parking here can get rough. There are multiple businesses on site and depending on the day and time it can be very crowded.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. (6:00) Asked for a margarita while we waited. Really good!
Chips were better than usual as was the salsa.
The food was great!
The staff was friendly and very prompt.
Prices are a little less than other places.
We will return again for dinner!

So I hate to do this because I've had some good experiences here, but my last visit will almost certainly be my last. Brought a friend from out of town for dinner. They were busy, but we were seated quickly. The service was alright. But I ordered a vegetarian (not veggie, it is advertised as vegetarian) burrito. It was inedible. Basically a medley of vegetables, barely cooked and nearly raw, with no seasoning or flavor of any kind. The black beans that came with it were overpowering with onion and the Spanish rice was utterly bland. It tasted like a dish made for seniors in the hospital. My companion ordered enchiladas which were equally bland and tasteless. But as I picked through my vegetarian burrito in search of something good I found several pieces of chicken.
Now, once I flagged down staff and showed them, they offered to make me another, but I let them know it wasn't even very good to start. So they took it off my bill. That was it. They couldn't have cared less. This is a pretty egregious oversight and they're lucky my dietary choices aren't based on any religious adherence, but it's still utterly unacceptable to have meat in a dish labeled vegetarian. It also, alarmingly, tells me they do not prepare vegetarian dishes separately. Likely the chicken was just left from some meat dish they were cooking in the same pan. So if you are vegan or vegetarian I wouldn't trust for one second that they have any procedures in place to prevent cross-contamination. Assume you're eating animal products. All in all for two meals neither of us could finish and one that contained a serious mistake it cost about $20. Each time I've gone the food quality has seemed to be worse and this last experience was truly unsatisfying and unpleasant. We ended up ordering pizza. I couldn't wait to leave and I really can't imagine ever going back. Very unfortunate.
