The gentleman behind the cash register, Alex had outstanding customer service. My family and I were traveling from out of town and asked for large order including 15+ items and he was communicative on the progress of the order the whole time. I would definitely come back to this location, and I to be honest I wasn’t a huge fan of Whataburger until now.

I was not going to leave a negative review, but Google specifically asked me to review this visit to Whataburger. Very slow service. Took 18 minutes to get a single potato and egg taquito, even though the dining area was almost empty. And after the long wait, when I bit into the sandwich in the car … where’s the potato????

From where I live these two what a burgers are extremely slow. Also everytime...every single time our fries are always little to nothing! Always! This is ridiculous and sad! Please do better for your customers this is completely unacceptable!

Waiting for your Whataburger order is as normal as breathing. This isn’t McDonalds; the people who complain about long wait times don’t eat here enough. The gentleman behind the counter provided great service and the team in the back is definitely doing the best they can on a Sunday morning.

Order # 524631 I went through the drive through to get me and the family some food to eat, well as always when you get home its not right. Like the way you order, so I have to go back to get my order connected. Now I am not eating dinner with the family like the way I'm supposed be because of your messed up order. Now you don't want to make the other right so we have to eat one cold burger with one hot burger to eat with the family. How is it that Chick-fil-A doesn't have this problem at all

It was a long line, but it moved smoothly. They did forget my Onion rings and gave me root beer, not my diet Pepper. I didn't bother going or calling back. I don't live near there. Just going home after work. Food was good.

Come here if you want the slowest service ever. 7 employees hanging out and talking at the front and I’m coming up on 30 minutes of waiting. Will update with how long I fully wait if my food ever comes out.

A decent Whataburger location. They have always been fairly consistent and rarely get my order wrong. The drive thru and dining area can be very slow at times, especially at night. Other than that I have little complaints. Whataburger's food is delicious and is pretty high quality in terms of fast food burger joints.
