Yogurtland

Before I start my review I wanted to say I never write reviews and I never have been to yogurt land before. Last night my grandchildren and I saw a line outside of their store and decided to go in. I was very impressed with how nice the girl was while we had to wait in line, she apologized for us waiting and handed us a cup. Once we entered the store the girls were all so nice ! We were very impressed ! my grans just loved the yogurt flavors and topping choices. To add the icing on the cake they were giving out gifts ! My grandchildren were able to get a giant spoon and a coupon for next time. Congratulations Yogurt land you have a new regular customer The only comploant is we didn't have anywhere to sit because the place was packed but I understand that ! Awesome place for gathering with friends and hanging out. This place has been here for many years and needs love and support. I’ve lived in Mansfield all my life ,and I’d always see yogurtland every day I come home. This place is really amazing and I have no words to describe it , it’s where I grew up and will always have a place in my heart. Yogurtland always puts a smile on my face and the workers their are really amazing. I recommend everyone to go here and show some appreciation ,and get to enjoy some yogurt and just hangout. Yogurtland is a place where you can feel at home and should stay in Mansfield for many years.

I don't even understand why this place is open today. My kids were excited about coming but none of the machines are working properly. We were just barely able to get enough frozen yogurt out to fill 2 cups halfway. I wasn't able to get any at all. The only person working is a young girl who didn't seem to know why and didn't seem to care. We wouldn't have even wasted our time if there had been a sign on the door or if she had told us that the machines weren't working when we came in. I used to love this place but we may not be back.

The yogurt is delicious, however the service was terrible. We arrived at yogurtland and were NOT greeted by either one of the two ladies working. One was in a blue collared shirt, so i assume she was a part of management. The two girls were talking VERY loudly amongst themselves with no intention of acknowledging our presence. We had to ask for certain toppings that were already put away (we were there 40 minutes before they closed) and then as soon as they gave us the toppings they continued to talk and laugh VERY loudly between themselves. We paid and went outside to eat. The two girls were yelling SO LOUD that we could hear them outside!! They weren’t just talking and laughing loud, they were YELLING. Especially the “manager”. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had, and will gladly be staying away from this location.

The only reason for the 2 stars is bc this is my fav place to get yogurt! Where can I start with the horrible experience? For 1 the google hours of operation are wrong. Says they close at 9 tonight called to see if they were open until 10 the girl who picked up said yes. I told her the hours online are wrong she said “I know.” When we arrived, we were not greeted or even spoken to until checkout. The 2 were to busy loudly talking amungst themselves The 2 employees (without name tags) were so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. They didn’t have all the toppings out and were out of honey. We sat outside to eat and the 2 female employees were literally screaming at each other the entire time and we could hear them through the glass. The one girl (who I think was a manager because she was in a dark blue shirt) also looked me In the eyes after screaming and continued to do it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Who’s running this place? Geez! I’ll go to another location next time
