Domino's Pizza

My girlfriend ordered pizza about an hour ago and she had just called asking why it has said on the app for over 30 minutes they were prepping the pizza and they told us they just got the order when we ordered an hour ago. While several other people that ordered when they got there and ordered inside all got their food before us. 100% do not recommend here. Better off driving out of town to get dominos or just going to another pizza place.

Excellent customer service for sure. We had Beau as a delivery driver, and he forgot our two liter of soda. He called us to let us know our order was at the door, took less than a half an hour, and that he would be running back to the store to bring us our soda. Most places I feel would just refund the cost rather than running back out, and I thought that that was very impressive! Domino's isn't my favorite pizza in the world, but I would order again from this locating just for the service!

It's been a few years since I ordered here, and the experience has been far better as of recent! I order online and pick it up, and they do a great job of having our orders ready in a timely manner. I avoided it for the last few years because it wasn't great, but they have a whole new crew it seems, and the service is so much better!

Haven't ordered dominos in years. Decided to try them instead of our normal papa Murphy's on Tuesday. I received a phone call from dominos,T they were out of marinara. They couldn't substitute pizza sauce instead....which is kind of weird. We used the car side pick. The older lady that brought food out to my car ignored the note to put it in my backseat, instead she rested the greasy boxes on my car. No shiny gold star for her. I was not happy. The gentleman worker substituted marinara for something else. He was friendly and professional. He brought my sauce to us. The food was delicious. Five stars based on his service and food quality.

Would give ZERO stars if I could..multiple times in a row we got the wrong pizza/wings that were not sauced properly or evenly portioned, and one time they forgot the wings completely AND gave us the wrong pizza. I finally put in a complaint and a week later I get a call from the owner. I’m thinking he’s gonna be nice and understanding and Idk maybe apologize for all the inconveniences I’ve had with my orders. But NOPE. Not a single apology just him trying to give me a lesson on chicken parts and grill me about the pieces I can/can’t eat. This store does not care about loyal customers. Thank god I can get good pizza from the store (or any other delivery service) and fantastic wings ALWAYS sauced from Legend Larrys .
