Buffalo Wild Wings

Server could not be bothered to grab a beer we ordered that had sat there for about 15 minutes. After walking by and looking at our empty drinks 6 times I finally asked for refills and the beer. Once my boyfriend took a drink he realized there was gross stuff in the cup and stuff floating. Not really a big fan :)

I ordered from eat street ap to get an order from Buffalo wild wings I ordered 5 different meals 2 kids meals 1 of which only had meat did not have fries I was missing an entire order Buffalo ranch wrap complely missing I then called Buffalo wild wings told them what's up and the lady on the other end screamed at me told me I was lieing and trying to get free food! asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and that she wasn't going hear anymore and hung up on me! I called back thinking just maybe we were disconnected to be told nobody going to helpe and hung up again

We ordered two cheese burgers and both were beyond burnt and disgusting. The fries were okay but not their best. The server was nice about it, but in total we ate less than half a burger together. We got one meal free but for how much we ate of the food we should’ve gotten them both for free. Definitely do NOT recommend getting their burgers EVER.

Never. Order Take Out or Delivery. For the 5th time now, doesn't matter the service. My order was completely ruined. The "hand pressed" Burger was overcooked and pressed in a way there was gaping holes in the patty. The toppings were dried out and spilled out of the bun sticking to the container. Basically. Wasted 30$. Even my apps were gross, soggy, and cold. The real kicker. They closed immediately after I finally received my order. So I couldn't return the food to get a refund or them to make a new order. Past orders have faired even worse. From getting other people's orders handed to me... to 2 hour waits for cold food. Seriously the only time this establishment seems to be able to function is if you order in house and eat there... If you go through a delivery service or pick up for take out. It is almost always messed up. I only order take out or delivery from here once maybe twice a year since the pandemic. And every time it's been a nightmare experience. I don't know why I even keep giving them another chance in this capacity. But, I think I've given up now... finally.

We are traveling through. Took 15+ minutes to get waited on. I went to hostess desk to try to get a waiter and 3 employess were standing in the back talking and laughing and could clearly see me standing there...finally one came over and was not apologetic at all. Once waiter came he took our order...food came and my order was wrong. We asked for our bill and it was one amount...he took my credit card and came back with the receipt to sign. He took the detailed receipt and crumbled it up and the new receipt was $1.19 higher. I believe the second number was actually correct but he said nothing to explain it. On a positive note...the onion rings were delicious!!! The wings were very dry. Fortunately we will not take this out on all BWW but will never stop at this one again.

Absolute Joke. Came in at 8:00 when the Bucks playoff game started at 8:30 to have a "manager" tell me that they can't serve me because they're short staffed.. they weren't short staffed she just wanted to go home early. There's always something to complain about with this location. It'd be in BWW best interest to fire that whole staff, and start over. Never again.
