I get it. It's a buffet. The kids love it. It gets loud and crazy and not the cleanest. My main issue is that the pizza just isn't very good. It's bland, the crust is soggy. They never have the flavor you want. And it's expense. Just go to a real pizza place.

Always a great experience! order my own pizza right when I got there, then hit the chicken / potatoes cuz they are amazing.. one of the best chickens I've ever had ! the salad bar is really good too so don't pass that up! PR is not complete till you hit the dessert bar and dessert pizzas my wife and her mother's favorite part of Pizza ranch! Always nice people there always great music!

Wish they would have a sign that says they stop putting fresh food out at 2pm. Arrived at 1:45pm and had to eat the "leftovers" at the buffet. At least discount the buffet price if people can't enjoy the full thing.

Great place to go for a variety of pizza. Some of the absolute best fried chicken on a buffet. The Salad bar is pretty impressive as well.

The old guy taking orders while wearing a mask still coughed onto both of his hands and passed out glasses. I replaced it at my earliest convenience. The food was good, but it was disappointing to see they removed lemonade as a drink option

When I walked into the local PR, I had high expectations. I had never been to one before, but I’ve heard great things and I’ve always loved their logo.
Now when I walk into a restaurant, I love to be greeted immediately. This was NOT the case at the manitowoc PR. Instead, there’s essentially a 40 foot hallway that you walk down to get to the cashiers counter. I was a tad disheartened that I had to walk that long just to feel the warmth of human interaction. Had I not had my friends with me, I’m not sure I would’ve been able to keep my composure. If I was the interior designer, I would have taken that into account (I’m a student btw). With that being said, once I did get to the counter, my experience was pleasant. the blonde teenage girl, camryn (5 foot 5 inches), was very nice and she has a great attitude.
As for the food, I enjoyed most of it. The Mac n cheese pizza was very delectable and it had the perfect amount of cheese. The fried chicken was very good as well and they had plenty of dark meat to suit my liking. I did have beef with the edible selection, though. The syrup in the coca-cola was a little low, causing my soda to be watered down :(. Also, they could’ve had toppings for the ice cream. Like who EATS JUST PLAIN VANILLA ICE CREAM?!?!?!?!? UGH.
Lastly, the energy in the place was hype as heck. Little kids everywhere, having the time of their lives. Oh to be a kid at the Manitowoc PR. My only issue was that I heard a few TEENAGERS discussing ALCOHOL. That’s illegal for them to be drinking and I just wish their parents had done a better job.
Overall, I loved Pizza Ranch. It was the best part of my day and damn near my favorite memory I’ve had this year. I will be back!
