My husband and I enjoyed our meal I had a gyro and he had the chicken strips, but unfortunately I no more got home 30 minutes leaving the Road house and threw up the meal, a touch of food poison. I believe it had to be the sauce, please make sure it is fresh and refrigerated right. Otherwise the food really did taste good. I would try the place again but not the gyro. The waitress was extremely nice and nice place.

Food is okay nothing to brag about quite average but typical for your Homestyle restaurant. Had turkey and dressing which was good. Soup was very weak and seemed stretched. My wife salad was actually better. Also tried saganaki which was surprisingly good. One of the servers was very accommodating and friendly while the other one was rude and standoffish.

First time here in years. Completely remodeled since I was here last. Had a very good burger and fries. Waitress was excellent and service was great. I'll stop in more offen now.

I stopped here just to kill some time while I was driving through. I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The prices were very reasonable, portions were large, food tasted great and the customer service was excellent. If I lived closer, I would definitely visit frequently.

This establishment is old but has great roots. They Host volleyball leagues, they have A deck beer garden area to view the volleyball games, the waitresses and bartenders are all on point and are all very nice and pleasant.
this is a place where a lot of regulars go so it’s often loud at night with music and lots of laughs.
They have a brunch on Sundays which is absolutely amazing, they have a biscuits and gravy they will take your taste buds to the moon and back.

Passed here frequently on our way home, and decided to stop one day and try some food. That was about a week ago. My husband and I were not disappointed. I had breakfast and it was delicious and portions generous. Cooked exactly as I asked and plated so nice. My husband had the special of the day a Philly beef sandwich. He said it was delicious. Prices very reasonable. Place is clean and atmosphere nice.
Learned from Liz who was waiting the tables and bartending that day that the restaurant changed ownership last year. Nice atmosphere with a bar and sports area and there is also a separate seating area for dining if desired .
She stated they also have karaoke every week and there is always
drink and meal specials as well. Food was great. Service very good. Will definately return.

Incredible food. Generous portions, reasonable prices. They support our veterans big time. Their generosity in providing a free veterans breakfast every month is great. They also include representatives from various veterans organizations that are there to assist in obtaining benefits for these veterans. They also are part of the toy drive for Advocate Children's Hospital.
