The food was good and came out fast they just didn’t give us any sauce when we specifically asked for it. I want a full refund as my daughter was very distressed about not having barbecue sauce with her nuggies. She has been craving barbecue sauce throughout her transition and spent 20 minutes crying after eating her nuggies being dry and flavorless. I have since had to institutionalize her after these events as she’s inconsolable and has since lost her sanity.

I ordered online for pickup by a relative. I did not find a way to order for a later time pick up. I called in and the person who answered said he would handle it. Of course, evidently the message was not handled well. My family member arrived and had to get me to send the receipt to clear it up. The company needs to handle the time issue or state up front that they do not schedule later pickups.

They have a female mgr/ asst mgr? That dies a fantastic job and has a great attitude and smile. Some of the guys look at you like your bothering them

Twice I've ordered an Impossible Whopper and fries and twice I've gotten home and no fries. The burger was fine, but I'm never returning.

Food quality is excellent, staff was super cool, took a little bit but food was still hot after I walked 6 or 7 blocks

I was literally the only person in the drive thru line with not customers inside either. They took at least 20 minutes to give me my food like I know it takes time to cook but, come On I was the only order they were working on

Unfortunately I had to walk out because staff was unattentive. I'll also say their chicken sandwich was dry and they put way too much salt on it. Probably won't return.
