Ordered Grilled Cheese burrito, got no grilled grilled cheese on it. Taco was also empty. This is like the 4th time it’s been bad. Can’t go in because they won’t open the lobby. So, can’t even complain and get it fixed.

It takes forever to order food through a drive through that is created to make ordering quick and easy. I don’t know what is going wrong but please provide better service if you want to keep customers. Waiting 30 minutes for 3 vehicles to order is rediculous.

Don't take taco bell orders for Doordash. The wait time for even a few cars is horrendous. I don't blame the employees, I'm sure that whoever runs taco bell figured out that they could still be profitable with 2 people running the store, even with a negative customer experience, they would still come back.

I’m a doordasher and usually don’t have to wait in 20 minute lines. I called the store 5 times around 7:25 pm 2/22/22 before it being picked up to ask if I could get the food thru pick up and the manager (asked for name and say she “didn’t have to give it out” yelled at me that they didn’t have enough people and I had to wait in line. I had no attitude the whole time even in talking to her. I understand having no people but not being yelled at. Will also be calling store tomorrow morning.

I've never had this many issues with a taco bell before. I get to the drive thru and I wait in a long lone for 30 minutes before closing and the employees are already closing early just before 8pm. As I'm waiting in line I see one employee take out the garbage and I know it doesn't take 30 minutes to take out the trash .they were sitting by the dumpster for 30min or so until closing then go back in. I finally get up to the drive thru and they're was no one doing their job and getting my order wrong .either you need fire the employees or hire more people and train them better. I also know you have applicants who have already applied and you choose to ignore everyone. It is upsetting and a disappointment!

The drive thru is consistently unable to move in a timely manner. I am not exaggerating. If there are more than 2 cars in front of you in line, you won't be ordering for at least 30 minutes. It's been this way for 6 months at least.

WORST customer service EVER! I waited 15 min in line, and was the last car.... 2 be told they were closed, I asked when & I had to be AT speaker 30sec sooner. ARE U SERIOUS ? 30 sec and you turn people away, I was in line for 20 min! NEVER GO HERE. Male employee also extremely arrogant and hostile when I asked for store # and loc. As I'm from out of state!

They refuse to open their lobby and the drive thru times are outrageous. Hire some help and pay them a decent wage, maybe you can re-open the way every other place has done. If you're craving this place, plan on a 20 minute wait for "meh" entrees.
