Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place knows how to do business. Pos: good portions, good customer services, fast, good house music, good food, good taste. (if you are looking for a real Mexican text, remember that this is Kansas, the lamb no work the same). Cons: is no fun to be the customers and clean the tables before we can use it.

They put adequate amounts of everything we asked for. It's usually good, so I hope to change my review next time. This place used to be ran well. I'm not sure who is running it now, but the employees seem rushed by to go orders and disinterested in the person right in front of them, so customer service needs major improvement. The chicken was cold and gritty. I ate maybe half the chicken in the burrito. My husband complained of his stomachache hurting after eating his burrito and well, you can guess what happened next. Definitely not the best experience we have had at this Chipotle. We will give them another try and hopefully see improvement. This is constructive criticism that I hope they consider and make adjustments where quality and service are a main priority.
