Serendipitea

We stopped here on a whim as we were in the area for a wedding. I adore tea and these guys cater to all types of tea lovers. They have pu er cakes, and 100s of loose tea to choose from. The shop is so cute. Lots of cute tea pots. There is plenty to smell too! She'll make you buy more with each smell 😆

Just recently August 2023 I went to the store to get several gifts for friends. Sonam met with me and was extremely wonderful in her assistance. This store is a gem! In a previous review: I placed an order of teas for myself, which I picked up because I live nearby, and for a friend in Washington state. In both cases, the orders were smoothly and quickly processed. My order was ready for pickup that afternoon. The order to Washington was shipped the next day for a reasonable flat fee. This efficiency seems rare these days. Also, I’m working my way through a sampling of black teas, and enjoying the flavors and freshness. Wonderful stuff and a gentle kick of caffeine for late in the afternoon. Although you have to order online, the actual store (closed for the epidemic) is in Manhasset. I love that I can support a local business and get great service and products. This is my go-to place for gifts for friends.

What a wonderful company. A fantastic young woman helped me when visiting during the holiday season and helped me out with many gifts for my relatives. One of the owners came out as well and he and I had a nice chat about tea and art. I will certainly return. Oh, and the tea is superb and my family loved it!

Since the closing of alot of the chain tea stores, and finally being tired of playing the "will I like this" game with online/Amazon loose leaf teas, I found this place. The woman who was working the front was very helpful, I wish I remembered her name because she was that awesome, showed me more tea then I knew what to do with and helped me get exactly what I wanted and the price was extremely reasonable. 10 out of 10 definitely go here
