Alehouse 31

I wanted to really like Alehouse after reading the reviews. Obviously it’s a “hit & miss” kind of place, as our experience was a miss. Picture: high school students running a bar/grill, that’s sort of what the experience was like. Friendly, but really poor service. Only one person seemed to be experienced and the rest were mostly interested in taking selfies and playing with each other, while customers went un-attended. Awkward. The burgers (our reason for going) we’re not bad and literally the only reason I did not rate 1 star. Although they came out at 4 separate times, a bit cold, and lacking any condiments (had to ask 3 times for these), the flavor was quite good. If Alehouse reads this: you have great potential, focus on developing your staff, both front & back of house...they are killing you. The place is a bit scattered and “messy” as well. I will wait and see if the reviews show improvement before returning.

Went there this afternoon for the first time with a friend. Ordered spinach dip, a burger and a club sandwich. The staff seemed nice but the food took so long the we had to get out food to go. We were told the wait was because the kitchen was slammed with orders. I'm not sure where the orders came from but there was hardly anyone there.

Ale house 31... what a great place!!!!! Food was delicious 😋I had the grill chicken sandwich and it was sooooo gooood! The chicken was juice and overflowed the bun! I also had crispy onion rings with remoulade sauce 🤪. Such a great place to eat and hangout. The atmosphere was laid back and Service was exceptional!!!! I ended up bring home food for my family and they raved over the burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟. Definitely my new place to eat and hangout.

Ordered food from them through the Waitr app. The food is pretty good, the order was prompt. I ordered among other items, a Chef salad with ranch dressing and paid for extra dressing....food arrived, salad looked great, NO DRESSING AT ALL. I messaged Waitr about the issue, Waitr's response was that they spoke to the manager and she said she personally checked the bag for extra ranch....🙄....maybe the driver took them? Idk but waitr would not do anything and Ale House 31 didn't get it right to begin with...so...maybe if you are actually at their establishment, you can get what you ordered and not waste 12-13$ on a salad with no dressing....yum!
