Do not order via Chow Now (website Google was directing people to) because they don't check it. I ordered my food and it said the time was pending for more than 20 minutes. When I gave up and went to the restaurant the tablet they use for that app was DEAD. They put the order right away and it took only 10 or 15 min to make. Lastly, the food was a bit bland for the price tag. Quantity is good though.

Server got all the meals (6) wrong and two meals took 25 minutes. To top it off the checks (3) had to be run 3 times to get that right. Never had these problems with the Slidell location. Will not return, will drive the extra 20 miles to slidell.

Amazing food, warm and cozy atmosphere, friendly and attentive wait staff. Prices were average and fair. Really great complimentary bean dip and salsa. Large portions. I highly recommend and cannot wait to go back

Shrimp tacos - $5.50 each and only 2-3 shrimps torn in pieces. My 2nd bad experience here in 3 months. Visited El Paso's restaurant today about 1:35pm with a girlfriend and my son. We got the new waitress who had only been there 2 days. She was horrible!!! She couldn't answer any of our questions. We went for Taco Tuesday and immediately asked for the prices and specials but kept getting, "I don't know. I'll ask" from the waitress. When she'd return to the table we had to remind her repeatedly of our previous requests. She disappeared for long intervals so I had to get up to look for her to get chips and water which we asked for but didnt receive. I was choking and didnt have a glass of water to catch my breath. I had to wave down another waitress who came to the table with her mouth full of food. Our waitress never gave us the prices of our tacos or drinks even though we asked repeatedly. When we did get a price after asking several times we were told they were $2. Later she returned to the table to ask if we wanted American or Mecian tacos. We didnt know the difference. We just asked for chicken, and pork tacos; soft for us and crunchy for my son. She didnt bring our individual salsas containers after we asked twice. We had to request to-go boxes for our tacos. She brought my son a giant adult glass of tea instead of a small kids cup. When she did come to the table she wanted to remove the food we were still eating but was no where to be found when we actually needed her or to answer our questions. When we asked her when was happy hour she said it started at 3pm so we asked how much were 2 house margaritas now. We never got a response but 10 minutes later giant margaritas came to the table by a male bartender or waiter. We assumed they couldn't be more than $6-$7 each but when the bill came one was $10+ and the other $13+ for margaritas on the rocks. She couldn't explain the bill so she sent a Hispanic man, maybe a manager who didnt identify himself to the table. We informed him of events and how shocked we were to order 3 tacos each on taco Tuesday and 2 drinks and be charged $53+!!!!! We asked several times if they were on special today and told yes. He chuckled at us and said, she's new and yes I understand but didnt correct or credit the bill. My girlfriend was really upset because lunch was my treat and service was horrible and management was worse. I refused to tip. That's right. I wrote my dissatisfaction on the bill and didnt give any tip. Service sucked! We felt dooped! Three small tacos each and 2 drinks and a ice tea for a kid $53!!!! WTH!!!! Who brings a little kid a giant open glass drink??? We use to like that place...; not anymore. My last visit in Aug I went to pick up carnitas tacos to go. I had an extra long wait, paid and left with my tacos in a bag for a pool party. Once at the pool I opened them to find I had only beef tacos no carnitas so I had to call and drive back. They didnt discount my order at all for my inconvenience. Two trips and the waitress remembered I asked for carnitas not beef tacos but still they offered no credit to my bill. Awful!!!! Zero star!

We really enjoy El Paso. The chips are always fresh and the salsa and bean dip are very good. My wife often orders the fajitas and I really like the Enchiladas Al Carbon. There's always a ton of food and a bunch left over so you won't be disappointed there. I could stand for a bit more flavor in the enchiladas and a bit more steak for the $20 price tag but all in all, a solid 4 star.

Food is good, could use a little more seasoning. Price is reasonable. Had live music which made it for us.

Even though they were packed for the Mardi Gras parade, service was outstanding. The food was fast and fresh and the service was top notch. Management is the best! Thanks for being the best Mexican restaurant around.
