Absolute Bakery & Cafe

This bakery was amazing! The meals and bakery items are delicious. I would recommend the cinnamon roll and house chai with sweet vanilla. The art and unique gifts they have decorating the space are also really fun to enjoy while you eat breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Mancos.

This was an incredibly cute little cafe with amazing food. My partner and I had been driving for 19+ hours and were tired of gas station food so we stopped here. The place was insanely busy and we waited about 15 minutes to order and another 20/30 for our food. They got our order wrong but it was so good that we honestly didn’t mind. The service was nice but they did seem overwhelmed with the amount of guests. If you are looking for fast service and a quiet meal this is not the place for you. If you are willing to wait and can deal with the amount of people in and out this place is completely worth it!

Quite disappointed by my sandwich after I'd heard such great things about this place. We paid $30 for a cold ham sandwich, a reuben and a cookie. My husband said his reuben was okay, the cookie was tasty but my ham n cheese on 9 grain bread was mediocre at best, small, a little stale and boring 😴. Definitely make better at home on orowheat. Maybe next we'll try the pasta.

This is the lowest number of stars I have ever given this bakery. However, due to a rainbow haired - only way to describe her from her co-workers- that seated my daughter and I, She is the reason for the low rating. This waitress seated my Daughter and I, ONLY to have her come back in 20 mins to CHASTISE us for sitting without letting her know !!! NOT sure what her issue was Saturday morning, but we told her "You seated us !" This waitress actually said "No I did not !" shook her head at us and walked off! Needless to say we walked out after talking about her Crazy behavior !
