Dunkin'

As a former fastfood worker (BK Lounge in Keene), I understand it gets busy and this isn't a restaurant for the filthy 1%, but the bagel spread was just a blob in the middle. If the blob had been a tiny bit wider I could've smushed the thing flat. Also one time there were no rugs and it was snowy. 70% of people did that thing were you don't slip and fall but you almost do. Insurance frauds ignore this.

When my Husband and I got to the first window, the person at the window was very short with us, told us our total and shut the window. We didn’t think much of it until we pulled up to the second window and waited for our food. The food was fine but when we finally received it after 5 minutes of waiting at the window we were met by the same lady again. She abruptly told us “Next time don’t pull up to the next window, NOBODY told you to do that.” And slammed the window shut again. The Husband and I work in fast food, so we understand people have bad days, but this lady was unnecessarily short with us. Mind you we were not told to pull up, BUT we were not told to stay at that window either. You go to a fast food place that has two windows it’s common to go to the second one for food. I wouldn’t be as upset if we hadn’t been told every other time we’ve gone to this location to pull up. We didn’t not know, and and we’re greeting with an attitude for our mistake.

Very slow and sloppy service. The drive thru is always packed, because the staff locks up the dining area and can't order inside when you're in a rush to get to work at 8AM. So they make your life more of a living hell. I waited 20 minutes for the line to move. Was going to back out of the drive thru and go somewhere else to get breakfast, but was already too late to make a second plan. They really need more help over there. Otherwise, friendly staff. That's about it.

Employees are rude! The truck that was in front of me at the drive thru gave up and drove away. When I drove up to the speaker box, I had waited about 30 seconds and ask if anyone was there (no response), waited about another minute and same thing.after about 4 minutes finely someone answered and asked me to stop hitting the box (i guess speaker box), in which I replied that I didn't hit the box. Then she was snappy and ask what I wanted. I ask and she snapped back a no! Told her thanks for wasting my F#@kin time and drove off. Now mind you while I was sitting there two females were talking about their hour they are working and what days. You could actually here them through the speaker.

For the most part this is just like any other Dunkin donuts. Always get the orders right and are friendly. Unfortunately I have had my latte messed up ONCE. Where they forgot to add the coffee itself and basically just gave me chocolate milk, but I didnt turn back to complain because that's my nature. And they usually take a little longer than a fast food drive through should. But all great other wise.
