Brooklyn Square Pizza

Excellent place. Seems unfairly under advertised, or perhaps I've never heard of it, but that's now changed. Service was excellent. Very polite, friendly, attentive. Food was delicious. Authentic pizza, great pasta and awesome salad. Definitely hit the spot, so much so we're still talking about it the next day.

1st time ordering the upside down pizza and it was just okay. 2nd time I ordered, I tried jersey Square and it taste so much better even though it seemed like the same pizza except for pepperoni being on it. It also tasted like it had some sweet spots as if the sauce had sugar in it but only on certain parts. This is a pizza that I would eat when I'm in the area but not travel for it.

Pizza ready when they said it would be. Love the crust on their round pies. I normally do not ask for sesame on the crust but this place makes it so good that I specifically come here for their crust and the delicious pizza. Finally tried the upside down pie after exclusively ordering the plain round and white all the time. It was very good and the tasty sauce was the standout. Not the best i had, but very good and especially for the area. White pie above average as well. I have not had better yet within a 5-10 min drive of this place so I do recommend it if you are in the area.

Usually a great pizza. This one just came looks like it was sliding in the back of a pick up truck. Unacceptable. Then when I called to let them know they said “ you could have called I woulda sent a new one. “. I not sitting home eating pizza. I have to go someplace with my daughter in a half hr. Don’t make it my fault. No you shoulda prob told the delivery person to not throw it around. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I started following a FB group for pizzas and came across this spot. I know ppl rave a lot of this style of pizza so decided to give it a try. It’s definitely heavy but hey its pizza, u r supposed to feel like a fat a$$ after you eat. 😂 Ordered the pie and picked it up in 29min. The sauce was flavorful, hint of sweetness cuts through the tanginess of the tomatoes. I loaded up my slice with an overload of chili flakes and voila, I was in a zone that I can’t really express. I had the middle piece first followed by the end piece. Totally bliss !!! The only thing I would change for next time is to have them cook a lil more, to make it crispy. I popped my slices on a pan and they were perfect. Will def eat here again. If you haven’t checked this place out, stop by today and pickup a pie.

Fix your Raw dough on your Upside Down Sicilian pies before you start losing all kinds of customers. I've rated you a 5 before, but after yesterdays disaster I had to go way down. $26 should have more care and more time taken to make sure it's delivered to customer satisfaction. Hopefully ownership can catch this to crack the whip.
