Decent sushi, good service, nothing major to complain about, about $100 for two. Dinned twice and would return. No reservation needed, tables are available.

I wanted to lick the bowl!! The sashimi salad is the best I've ever had. The service was incredibly fast, and all the wait staff was very friendly. Our waiter was especially attentive and happy to give us the best experience.

I was looking for a restaurant in Malibu and by luck I found this restaurant, if your looking for the best sushi place in Malibu go here, they serve the sushi in a really great way and it tastes fantastic, I recommend it.

Was here yesterday. This place is great and food is amazing but I paid for a $20 hand roll sushi. That’s way too expensive for a hand roll. Bar tender was great and atmosphere was cool. Food is way too over priced. Look at the $20 handroll I paid for….just simply over price.

The one and only yummy sushi place in Malibu, that is not Nobu. If you want to eat solid, affordable sushi in Malibu and ditch the scene, go to Bui. It is the same owner as Ollo (located next door) and Thaia on Point Dume and I am personally a fan of all three local restaurants! Staff and service is excellent.

I adore this place, the sushi is very good and not absurdly expensive despite being in malibu. Highly recommend trying the pepper crusted tuna roll, the curry roll, and the tuna eggplant tempura appetizer!
The have the big 3 of Japanese beer, a decent sake selection, and a pretty fair bar setup as well, nothing crazy but the food makes up for it by far 😋👍

Awesome food , great prices; but when we ordered our drinks it was JUST alcohol in them lol. My throat was on fire. Service was awesome tho and the atmosphere was very nice.
